Blend composition: lemon balm and lavender essential oil

Origin: Serbia

The process of obtaining essential oil: steam distillation.

Oil properties: golden yellow liquid, lighter than water. A combination of the intoxicating scent of lavender and lemon balm that gives a mild citrus note.

Usage: in addition to antimicrobial action, the ideal combination for relaxing the whole organism and improving mood.

Method of application: topically and by inhalation,

Topical application – added to massage oils for relaxation and a pleasant scent. Be sure to dilute in some neutral cold-pressed oil (almond, olive, jojoba…), 9 drops of blend in 30ml of base oil.

Use in diffusers: drip 2-4 drops in aroma diffuser, aroma lamp, hot water. Inhalation in diffusers achieves the best systemic effect of this blend on the whole organism in case of anxiety, headaches, insomnia.
