Hydrolate as an aqueous phase contains all water-soluble medicinal components and a small percentage of essential oil. In cosmetics, it is added as an aqueous phase instead of distilled water in the production of cosmetic preparations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW TO USE:<\/strong> Spray on a clean face or spray on a cotton swab and pat on the face, especially problem areas.
