Action: Parsley essential oil is used to stimulate circulation, relieves pain in gout, arthritis. It is used to detoxify the body, accelerates the excretion of toxins. Helps with urinary tract infections and relieves menstrual cramps.

How to use: For external use only

Dissolve 18 drops of primrose essential oil in 30ml of some base oil and use for massage. It can be used in preparations for the care of problematic skin and skin prone to acne, in face masks, especially against blackheads.

Recipe:

2 tablespoons white clay

1 tablespoon of some hydrolate

4 drops of primrose essential oil

Mix all the ingredients well, use the mask once a week.

Precautions: Do not use in pregnant women, nursing mothers, children under 12. Do not use in heavy menstrual bleeding and people suffering from epilepsy and schizophrenia.
