Essential oil production process: Steam distillation.

Oil properties: Golden yellow liquid, lighter than water, strong pungent odor.

Usage: Rosemary essential oil is rich in 1.8 cineole, camphor and alpha pinenes and as such is used for inhalation / facilitates breathing in respiratory problems, headaches, strengthens the primary immunity – rubbing on parts of the body rich in lymph nodes. It increases circulation at the site of application, so it is a mandatory ingredient in hair growth products. It is used for rheumatic pains and for sports massages. It is used in aromatherapy preparations to improve concentration.

Method of application: Topically and by inhalation.

Topical application – Be sure to dilute in some cold-pressed oil. For massages, the recommendation is 20 drops of rosemary oil in 100 ml of cold-pressed sunflower oil, almond, coconut oil. To grow rosemary hair, add 20 drops in 200 ml of shampoo, or dissolve 6 drops in one tablespoon of almond oil and rub into hair for half an hour before washing.

Use in diffusers: Add 2-4 drops to the aroma diffuser. Inhalation in diffusers achieves the best systemic effect of rosemary on the whole organism in case of respiratory problems…

Inhalation: add 2-3 drops to 1 liter of boiling water and inhale the steam for 30 minutes.

Contraindications: pregnant and breastfeeding women, children up to 2 years of age, local use is prohibited.
