Oil properties: Golden yellow liquid, lighter than water, strong smell

Oil composition: pinocamphon, sabinen, beta pinene

Usage: Hyssop essential oil can relieve headaches, migraines, rheumatism, arthritis (in massage oils), chronic fatigue and stress. It is especially recommended when it is necessary to improve concentration. It is most often used for respiratory problems (asthma, flu, fever, cough, bronchial catarrh). Great for inhalations, it facilitates expectoration and soothes cough. As a medicinal plant, hyssop is also used in the treatment of asthma, rheumatism, wounds and tumors. Recent studies have shown that hyssop essential oil has a very strong antiviral activity against HIV and herpes virus.

Method of application: Topically and by inhalation.

Topical application – Topical application in massage oils for rheumatic pain, chronic fatigue and stress. Be sure to dilute in a neutral cold-pressed oil (almond, olive, jojoba…) with 2 drops of essential oil in 30 ml of oil, 0.3%.

Use in diffusers: Add 2-4 drops to the aroma diffuser. Inhalation in diffusers achieves an effect on the whole organism. Inhalation for respiratory problems, asthma, migraine.

Contraindications: pregnant women, nursing mothers, children up to 2 years.
