Name: MITRA blend, a mixture of 100% natural and concentrated essential oils

Blend composition: essential oil of lavender, Roman chamomile and thyme

Origin: Serbia

The process of obtaining essential oil: steam distillation.

Oil properties: golden yellow liquid, lighter than water. The pungent scent of thyme is mitigated by the caressing scent of lavender and the mild scent of Roman chamomile.

Usage: thyme in this combination acts as an antiseptic, chamomile has anti-inflammatory properties, and lavender soothes the body. This combination is ideal for relieving respiratory infections, coughs, sore throats, and high fevers. It has shown itself well in insomnia, anxiety.

Method of application: topically and by inhalation,

Topical application – added to massage oils to relax muscles and the musculoskeletal system. It can be used by rubbing to relieve cold symptoms, annoying headaches and anxiety, rubbing on the temples, joints and feet. For local application, be sure to dilute in some neutral cold-pressed oil (almond, olive, jojoba…), 9 drops of blend in 30 ml of base oil.

Use in diffusers: drip 2-4 drops in aroma diffuser, aroma lamp, bowl with hot water. Inhalation in diffusers achieves the best systemic effect of this blend on the whole organism with colds, viral and bacterial infections, insomnia, anxiety, disinfection of space, strengthening of immunity.
