Operation:

Pine essential oil has exceptional antiseptic properties due to which it is used in respiratory infections. For colds, flu, bronchitis and sinusitis, it can be used for inhalation in combination with eucalyptus, mint, tea tree oil or alone without mixing with other oils.

It is also used as a massage oil for muscle pain, rheumatism, arthritis and fatigue.

Pine oil is also used for cosmetic purposes and is suitable for all skin types. It gives it elasticity and firmness. This natural oil is one of the best for ulcers and seborrhea.

Usage:

Inhalation: put a few drops of pine in boiling water, cover your head with a towel and inhale for a few minutes (as often as possible during the winter), or apply 6 drops previously diluted in 30 ml of base oil: olive, coconut, almond…, on the sternum and back between the blades.

To refresh the room: Put 5-10 drops of pine essential oil in a diffuser to refresh the interior and disinfect the effect of air. In a spray bottle, dilute a few drops of oil with water and alcohol and spray around the room.
